AMYOT LABS products are designed to collect as little as possible. This policy explains Flyby Ahead and this website.
Calendar data
Flyby Ahead reads calendars through Apple Calendar on your Mac, using the macOS Calendar permission you grant, and only from the calendars you choose. It reads the calendar and event fields required to schedule reminders, determine invitation status, and open an event or its approved link when you ask.
The app does not create, edit, or delete calendar events.
Local processing
Calendar processing happens on your Mac. Flyby Ahead keeps a bounded, encrypted local snapshot of upcoming event information so reminders continue through short network interruptions.
AMYOT LABS does not operate an account service or receive your calendar events.
Credentials
Flyby Ahead does not ask for or store calendar account passwords or access tokens. Accounts you add to Calendar.app, such as iCloud, Google, or Exchange, are managed by macOS.
Purchases
Gumroad processes Flyby Ahead purchases as merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. AMYOT LABS receives order information from Gumroad, such as your name, email address, country, and purchase status, and uses it only to provide downloads, refunds, and support. We never receive your full payment card details.
Analytics
Flyby Ahead contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, or cross-app tracking. The website contains no advertising trackers. Cloudflare may process short-lived infrastructure logs for reliability, abuse prevention, and security.
Retention
Flyby Ahead keeps only bounded local information needed for reminders, settings, synchronization, and duplicate prevention. Old event snapshots and diagnostic records are pruned. Your calendar accounts remain managed by macOS and your calendar providers.
Your control
You can turn off Flyby Ahead's Calendar access at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars, or use Reset App to remove local cache, settings, and metadata.
